Colleen is the Founder of, and Principal Consultant for, Chelan Valley HR Consulting, serving small and mid-sized businesses with trusted, practical HR guidance.
With more than 35 years of professional Human Resources experience, Colleen has worked across organizations of all sizes, including senior HR leadership roles as a Director at Microsoft and Vice President of Human Resources at Proof. Throughout her career, she has been recognized with numerous HR and leadership awards for her impact, integrity, and results. While her experience in complex organizations provides a strong foundation, what she enjoys most is using that knowledge to help business owners navigate HR challenges with clarity and confidence.
Colleen excels at helping business owners manage complex HR situations, yet she also steps back to identify what may be missing or misaligned at a broader level. She partners closely with business owners to build strong teams, address employee concerns, and reduce risk while staying compliant. Known for translating complicated employment laws into clear, actionable guidance, Colleen puts practical HR practices in place that support real business operations to leave a business stronger and better positioned for long-term success.
